In-network insurers


Would you like to utilize insurance for your Chee Dynamic treatment? We are in-network with the following insurers:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross

  • Kaiser

  • Premera

  • Regence

Note that we cannot guarantee your treatment will be covered, even for the above insurers. Please read the following for important information and tips regarding insurance.

  • Know your benefits: It’s up to you to understand your insurance coverage for acupuncture before your first visit. We do not verify benefits prior to treatment, and coverage is confirmed only after your insurance processes the claim.

  • Provide your insurance details before your visit: This will ensure we can begin work on your claim right after your appointment. 

  • Understand your financial responsibility: You are responsible for any balance not covered by insurance. Chee Dynamic will automatically process your credit card on file for copays, deductibles, and any uncovered costs.

Out-of-pocket rates


For those paying without insurance:

  • First acupuncture visit: $140

  • Return visits: $100

If you need financial assistance, contact us at chee@cheedynamic.com to inquire about potential arrangements. We aim to make our services accessible and can try to assist if possible.

Microneedling


Microneedling sessions are $350. This includes red light therapy, a holistic acupuncture treatment, and take-home hyaluronic acid serum. These treatments are not covered by insurance.

Facial rejuvenation acupuncture


Each session is $150, which includes red light therapy, a holistic acupuncture treatment, facial massage, and gua sha. These treatments are not covered by insurance.

PIP (personal injury protection) claims


We process PIP claims, but not third-party claims. Please provide the following before your appointment:

  • Date of accident

  • Claim number

  • Insurance claims adjuster’s contact information

  • Attorney’s contact information (if applicable)

Cancellation policy


Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $100 fee. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
